THE FLASK
Kenny Olson - Guitars former lead guitarist of Twisted Brown Trucker/KID ROCK
Brent Grunow - Vocals
Shannon Boone - Drums
Jason Price - Bass
The music has been described by Kenny as old-school rock n roll, with decided blues and R&B influences on grooving up-tempo material and ballads alike. From early stand-out tracks such as Killer In A Cadillac to the haunting Dark Moon and infectious Aero Park it is clear that THE FLASK are about to fill the void that has been missing in the Rock market place for far too long. The group also has crafted one epic, Gold Rush, which features a four-minute guitar solo by Olson. He says The Flask will satisfy anybody who wants to see a really rockin show. And the band has a lot of the element of that old Detroit sound that once was around back in the early 70s.

SHIPWRECK UNION
Nick Lucassian - Vocals, Guitar
Scott Krause - Drums, Percussion, Electric & Upright Bass
Steve Zuccaro - Guitar
Eric Hoegemeyer - Drums, Keyboard, Faders
Shipwreck Union's homegrown blend of rock, roll and Motown soul makes a moody patchwork straight out of the head into the bowl. Singer/songwriter Nick Lucassian, who on guitar and keys, prefers emotional truth and feel-good melodies over pseudo-cerebral, overdone productions. His delivery is heartbroken and clench-your-fists passionate sometimes angelic and often outraged. Steve Zuccaros scathing guitar, Scott Krauses deep-groove bass and Eric Hoegemeyers balls-out, sweat-soaked drum beats fuel the fire. Im just trying to learn to face life, Lucassian says. To accept the things I cant change. Ive watched people close to me disappear, Ive walked away from seemingly perfect opportunities that didnt ring true, and had a meeting of the minds with these three other guys who have the same mission it comes down to whats right. Shipwreck Union's Self Defense is a mile-marker on a journey that reveals not only who they are, but where theyre coming from. Citing influences that range from The Clash to Johnny Cash, from Marvin Gaye and Otis Redding to The Beatles and The Who Shipwreck Unions soul-baring songwriting and rock n soul sound rumbles with old-school grit and silky Motown melody straight out of Motor City.
